Lello at The Clothes Show

As one team packs up the Lello stand at PG Live, another team are putting the finishing touches to the jewellery on display at The Clothes Show.


Running for three days from Friday 29th May until Sunday 31st May, ExCel in East London, will be home to fashion cat-walk shows, hair and make-up demonstrations and advice from a wide range of fashion experts.

Lello will be exhibiting their range of colourful costume jewellery for women and little girls and we would be delighted to to welcome you to Stand 143.

Progressive Greetings Live

The Lello stand is now ready for the opening of Progressive Greetings Live at the Business Design Centre, London. The show opens at 9:30am on both Wednesday 27th May and Thursday 28th May 2009.


This two-day show is not open to the public, but provides greeting card retailers and over-seas distributors one of the best places to meet with over 170 exhibitors, who will be showcasing their new ranges.

Lello is no exception, and we would love to show you our beautiful handmade cards and albums. We will also be displaying our fabulous range of colourful costume jewellery for women and little girls. Please make your way to Stand 613 and say hello.


If you're not able to get to PG Live, Lello will also be exhibiting at The Clothes Show, on 29th, 30th and 31st May at ExCel London.

Wedding Jewellery

Now that the summer is with us (theoretically at least) the number of weddings increases and as a result our white jewellery and other delicate designs grows ever more popular.

The range has been designed with brides and bridesmaids in mind, using a selection of pearl and clear glass beads, silver heart shaped adornments and diamante bands.

As always we have also taken into consideration the cost of arranging a wedding and so have kept prices as low as possible. The cost of a pair of white, pearl effect earrings is only £5.00, with matching bracelet at £8.50.

Look out too for the new Little Lello range of children's jewellery, perfect accessories for your smaller bridesmaids.

We have been really pleased with the positive response to the forthcoming launch of the Little Lello range of jewellery for children.

Lello Jewellery

If you have not already done so, we would invite you to take a look at the fantastic range of jewellery, all designed and manufactured by Lello.

All our designs are based on the current season's colour trends and latest fashions, using a combination of glass, wooden, fabric, plastic and acrylic beads.

We have created a distinctive range of informal, chunky jewellery, and also a range of more delicate bracelets, necklaces and earrings for more formal occasions.

All the girls at Lello wear several bracelets at the same time for a "layered look", choosing from the wide range of colours to compliment their clothing.

Little Lello (Like Mother Like Daughter)

New for June 2009 is a small range of children’s jewellery aimed at young girls between the ages of 5 to 12 years.
Little Lello matches our very popular miracle bead range of pearl finished plastic beads with a silver coloured heart and trademark Lello tag.

The range comprises six bracelets in pale blue, blue, lilac, pearl white, pale pink and dark pink, together with two matching necklaces in blue and pink. The bracelets are elasticated and the necklace fastens with a clasp and expander chain.

There will be two new bracelets additions to this range for Autumn/Winter to be launched in September 2009.
Little Lello will be available to order online by the public and to Trade customers at the beginning of June 2009.

Race For Life

Lello employees Karen Davies and Laura Meider will be running the Race For Life 2009 in Loughborough, Leicestershire on Sunday 14^th June 2009.

Race For Life is one of Cancer Reasearch UK's premier events, bringing together thousands of women each year to walk, jog or run 5 kilometres, raising money to help beat cancer.

All of their colleagues at Lello, wish Karen and Laura much success.

Party Planners (Become a Lello Trader)

If you like holding parties for friends attend fêtes, school fairs etc. why not become a Lello Trader for Jewellery?

Lello sell to individual traders just like they do to high street retailers. Your minimum spend must be £75. Jewellery can be bought in units of 3s. Orders taken over the email, fax or telephone, we accept cheque and credit card payments. All Lello Trader business is payable on a proforma basis only.

Lello Direct

Sisters, Karen Wilborn and Fiona Oxley, run Lello Direct, from their office in Leicester. The firm specialises in offering a creative design service and also the manufacture of distinctive jewellery and greetings cards.


As owners of a busy design and manufacturing company they tire of the constant "doom & gloom" being presented in the press and on the news. Business is stressful no matter what industry you are in and the design industry is no exception. However, at Lello, they feel that they have a lot to be positive about.

"We employ like-minded people, we don’t take ourselves too seriously and everyone has their say. We stand up for ourselves and have learnt over the past nine years in business that you have to make the best of every situation no matter how bad it may be.
